Virgin then assigned these cowboys (also known as Taylor Rose) to take care of the remortgage.
My mortgage with Nationwide was coming to an end and after research from my excellent mortgage broker (Sands, please check them out) we found Virgin to be ever so slightly cheaper than Nationwide over a 5 year period and decided to switch. I really can't emphasise enough to NEVER use this company. I would happily pay more money to not have to use these guys again. I would change lenders in future if they tried to put me in touch with these clowns again. Absolute shambles of a company, avoid like the plague. While chasing up information which Breezeplus/Taylor Rose claimed not to have, I found out that the information had already been sent.
Was left to chase up missing documents and make sure 3rd parties had returned all the necessary information as we were almost 5 months into what I was told would be a 2 week process, leaving it to the week before my current fixed mortgage expired before they confirmed by template email that all the necessary information was now in place to proceed with the mortgage renewal. No reply to at least a dozen emails to my 'case handler' and when I managed to speak with anyone at the company they gave me stock answers until I asked them specifics about my case, at which point they then referred me back to the case handler who then didn't reply to any communication. I wish I'd found these reviews before I renewed my mortgage with these absolute cowboys.
